The most important part of any building is the quality of its repair and upkeep – the behind-the-scenes work.
If this is properly handled, the building remains functional and comfortable for its users and tenants can focus on their own business, worry- and risk-free.
The Facilities Company’s Maintenance Team sees to all of the day-to-day maintenance that occurs in a building and in individual offices. This might include:
- Structural repairs
- Light construction
- Plumbing issues
- Electrical issues
- Waterproofing
Beyond repairing items that are broken, our version of maintenance also extends to scheduling, inspection, prevention and proactive preparation throughout the year – so when a problem arises, we need not take a reactive decision based only on price.
Our Maintenance Team follows a ‘hyper-local’ strategy: using teams that are readily available in the vicinity of the asset, to ensure better call-out times, better familiarity, greater consistency, and more affordable solutions.
